The University and Thessaly Library & Information Centre (UThLIC) provides access to EBSCO's Discovery Service (EDS) which is an integrated single resource search system taking into account all of the critical elements in the research process, and changing the expectations of how a discovery solution can and should address the needs of its users, whether it's: a) a simple search by an undergraduate student and b) a sophisticated search by a post-graduate researcher or faculty member. The Library's electronic resources, OPAC records (up to end of December 2017) and selected free electronic resources, have being included and are searchable through the EDS service. Detailed information about EBSCO Discovery Service (EDS) are provided by EBSCO, while from here you can have access to EDS user guides and online tutorials.
Access to EDS is provided either: a) by pressing the relative link (within the blue frame) or b) by direct input of search terms (keyword or title or author) in the single search box
